Bump: 31 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 31 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 39.7 pounds

Size of Baby: Romaine Lettuce

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: I'm currently on the struggle bus with this one.  I'm a tummy sleeper by nature which just isn't possible anymore - so I struggle to get comfortable and maintain sleeping.  I toss and turn a LOT!

Food Cravings: Lucky Charms and Ice Cream {not at the same time}

Food Aversions: None really.

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Continuing on the heartburn train ... tums are my BFF currently. Some pain up near my ribs when sitting up - needless to say the minute I get home I'm laying down on the couch. :)

Milestones: All five senses are fully developed!

Movement: She's moving a TON in the evening and sometimes even during the work day.  I love just looking at my tummy and seeing it move from her - something I'm sure I'll miss when she's on the outside! The other day I was sitting down reading with a group of students during centers, one of them blurts out, "Mrs. Webb, your tummy just moved!" I explained that it was the baby and it's okay - I begin to read once again with them and notice noone is saying anything, I look up and all four kiddos are starring at my stomach ;)

Best moment of the week:  A blanket arrived this week that I ordered with her first and middle name on it ... it makes it feel SO much more real when things start rolling in that are specifically JUST for her!

Looking forward to: We have our first baby shower on Saturday! Super excited to see family and friends in the GR area!

Extra Notes:  We've started to buy some diapers - figure we're going to need them so why not start to slowly acquire them.  I had to give the hubs a little lesson in diapers at the store to ensure that if he's ever sent out on a diaper run he'll bring back the right ones ;)

Last night I had my first craving and REALLY wanted a paczki.  I asked the hubs {at around 9}if he'd go get one for me and he just rolled his eyes.  Well, his principal and our friend came to the rescue and brought me a box of 6.  He said a pregnant lady needs options :)  And I have to say, it tasted SO good!

Bump: 30 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 30 Weeks

Total Weight Gain:  39 pounds

Size of Baby: Summer cantaloupe, motorcycle helmet, platypus

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: It's continuing to be a struggle.  I can't seem to get comfortable and toss and turn a lot at night and have just now started to get up around 3/4am  to go to the bathroom which is annoying. :)

Food Cravings: Sweets! I'm trying my best to limit them though!

Food Aversions: None really.

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Heartburn and getting tired again ...

Milestones: She's 3/4 baked!

Movement: When I finally sit down and relax in the evening I get to feel her moving and grooving around.

Best moment of the week:  Hearing her heartbeat at the doctors on Monday ... all sounded well and we'll go back in a month! And seeing her move on the OUTSIDE for the first time.  Such a weird feeling to look down and see my stomach moving from something in it.

Looking forward to: Baby showers! Our first one is in a week and a half - can't wait to get together with some great friends and family!

Extra Notes:  We're beginning to really get things together for the nursery.  I have the gallery walls all mapped out, and paper on the walls where the hubs has to hang everything. :)  We also have been looking at carpet/a rug to put in there - so many choices!

This week I tried on one of my dresses for work - while it fit, I felt like I looked like I was as big as a house - the hubs just looked at me and said, "It's the pleats, you can't do pleats."  That one went to the WAY back of the closet for now. :)

Bump: 29 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 29 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 35.3 pounds

Size of Baby: A pineapple or a barbie car

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: This week was a struggle, I tend to toss and turn a lot.

Food Cravings: Chocolate, Lucky Charms cereal

Food Aversions: Healthy food, I'd rather have all the sweets and carbs my little heart desires!

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Heart burn

Milestones: None that I'm aware of.

Movement: Feeling her mostly at night once I finally stop and lay down :)

Best moment of the week:  Otis has been giving the bump some serious cuddles this week which has been super cute.  I worry how he'll adjust (crazy puppy mom I know) but it seems like he loves her already :)

Looking forward to: A three day weekend and doctors appointment on Monday, always enjoy hearing baby girls heart beat!

Extra Notes:  Pregnancy brain is a real thing ... this weekend the hubs was looking for the milk and couldn't find it.  I knew I had JUST opened up a new container of almond milk ... we went searching for it - yup, I had put it on TOP of the refrigerator with the cereal I put away.  Oops!

Bump: 28 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 28 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 33.9 pounds

Size of Baby: A coconut

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: I will wake up in the middle of the night and be wide awake - after playing on my phone and reading for a little I eventually fall back asleep.

Food Cravings: Chocolate!

Food Aversions: Chili - I made some in the crock pot this week, the hubs ate it for dinner and I had a bowl of cereal :)

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Lots of heartburn the last couple days.

Milestones: Hello third trimester!

Movement: I feel her at night.

Best moment of the week: Time spent with college girlfriends!

Looking forward to: First forensics tournament this weekend! While I'm not looking forward to having to be ready by 4:45am, knowing that this is the last season I'll probably be going to all the tournaments is a little sad!  I'll have to stay back with baby girl next year.

Extra Notes:  While downstate this past weekend I picked up more things to hang in the nursery - we know have things complete for two little gallery wall collections.  I had to paint a couple things {We are hanging her initial instead of her name} so I got those done this week.  Can't wait to get that all hung!

My kiddos have now started to poke my belly.  When lining up this week, as they got into line a couple of them just took a finger and poked my belly.  They thought they were sooooo funny ... hmmm .... ;)

Bump: 27 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 27 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 34.1 pounds

Size of Baby: A bunch of bananas, a camping lantern

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: A couple rough nights this week! I've been waking up with charlie horses which are no fun!

Food Cravings: Ice cream!

Food Aversions: Still healthy stuff still doesn't sound good - but I force it down!

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Starting to get oh so tired and exhausted after the work day once again.

Milestones: According to my app we've reached our second viability milestone.

Movement: Moving and a grooving at night!

Best moment of the week:  Since she's been moving a lot more the hubs has been able to feel her more often.  It's great to grab his hand and have him feel a couple kicks every now and then.

Looking forward to: Heading downstate this weekend to see my science girls! We haven't all been together in over two years!

Extra Notes:
This weekend we were up at the in-laws and the fabric arrived for the nursery.  I LOVE it!  I can't wait to get things made and hung up in her room!

I finished crocheting her blanket for her last night - I'm pretty sure I'll have to convince Otis the blanket isn't for him :)

Bump: 26 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 26 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 31.1 pounds

Size of Baby: Kale, butternut squash

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: Better this week!

Food Cravings: Cheese-Its!

Food Aversions: Still healthy stuff still doesn't sound good - but I force it down!

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Having to pee ALL the time! Probably doesn't help that I drink a ton of water throughout the day, but I have to track people down in the hallway to watch my kiddos while I go use the bathroom :)

Milestones: I've officially been pregnant for half a year! Crazy!

Movement: Moving and a grooving at night!

Best moment of the week:  Baby girl's onesie came for when she arrives, no changing her name now! ;) We also ordered the fabric for her bed skirt and window treatments!

Looking forward to: Sleeping in this weekend!  Working three days in a row is hard work! This hasn't happened since before Christmas with all our snow days! Ha!

Extra Notes:
Friday I had my glucose test.  I was pretty worried about the 'orange drink' as I'd heard so many different reactions to it - it being the nastiest thing ever, it not being to bad, etc.  I found it to not be bad at all, it just tasted like an extra sugary orange pop.  And, I never heard from the doctor on Monday which they said no news is good news so that means I passed! Hooray!

My kiddos are all about baby - during rest time on Monday I felt baby girl moving.  I called over one of the kids and he felt her move, then another one came over and felt her, then a line formed of kids who wanted to feel the baby move.  Sadly, she went back to sleep - but I know have an order I need to call them up to feel if she starts moving and grooving during class ;)

Today I got the comments, "You've got the waddle." (No no I don't, it's called my hips move when I walk.  Pretty sure I'll know when the waddle starts.) and "Oh, you look so tired today." (Gee thanks, you looked tired too since it's the first time you've worked three days in a row since before Christmas!).  Sometimes people need to think before they talk to a hormonal preggo ;)

Bump: 25 Weeks ...

How Far Along: 25 Weeks

Total Weight Gain: 29.7 pounds (I didn't go as hard core with the ice cream this week - ha!)

Size of Baby: According to my app a prairie dog, baseball glove, or napa cabbage.

Maternity Clothes: Mix of maternity and Lularoe still

Sleep: More tossing and turning - doesn't help that we have a pup who thinks he needs WAY too much of the bed space, and who has taken a liking to my pregnancy pillow ...

Food Cravings: Ice cream and carbs - always!

Food Aversions: Healthy stuff still doesn't sound good - but I force it down!

Gender: Girl :)

Symptoms: Starting to get tired again ...

Milestones: Apparently she's reached two pounds! And has an even better chance of viability now!

Movement: Not much during the day but when I finally sit down and relax I usually feel her moving and a grooving.

Best moment of the week:  More unexpected snow days -  yesterday and today.  This weather has been crazy with warmer temps melting the snow and rain coming, and then everything freezing over night creating ice rinks on the road! I could get used to these! Used the time to organized some of the clothes we were given from my SIL :)

Looking forward to: Appointment Friday when we'll hear baby girl's heartbeat again.

Extra Notes:  I feel I am in full nesting mode - just ask the husband! We got her room all cleaned out *finally* this week.  I ordered a print off etsy to hang above her crib, ordered her going home outfit with her name on it {no going back now!} and have had some clothing and bows arrive ;)
